      Pros

      Some great people and huge talent. Company came from roots where culture is key and there are still remnants left but quickly evaporating.

      Cons

      Poor regional leadership that is a misfit for the brand and culture. Leadership not accessible to employees with new ideas. Leadership not fully open to change and progress.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.

      I haven't faced anything negative in the company.
