      Good benefits Growing globally Great exec leadership in the US High potential for growth in the US although Intuit is the 800 pound gorilla.

      Cons

      Average salaries Growing slowly in the USA Poor engineering practices and system architecture No open t diverse work styles Overly middle management political Mediocre executive management Big company fiefdom building is a real problem that needs to be addressed Hiring practices leave a lot to be desired. Withdrawing offers and leaving great people hanging is not a good way to conduct business.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.
