Awesome people who really care about the product and their customers. Decent benefits Opportunity to travel

Cons

Xero was an amazing place to be for years, but once new executive leadership and middle management were brought on things went downhill faster than I can wrap my head around. Xero's sales culture used to be unique, products were not hard sold and we took the time to make sure the product was a good fit for the client. Nowadays Xero is becoming just like any other high-pressure sales environment out there. Completely unrealistic goals are given and when they are not hit, you are pulled into a meeting and are told your job is in jeopardy. That is all fine and well, but when there is absolutely no guidance or support being given it really wears on a person.

Pros

Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.

Cons

I haven't faced anything negative in the company.
