      Pros

      The people at Xero have a great understanding of how people should be treated; both employees and customers.

      Cons

      The only thing that has came up is their new insurance but its not terrible. With their growth they are having to get different insurance and figure out what works best. I'm confident this will work out fine.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.

      Cons

      I haven't faced anything negative in the company.
