Pros
Genuinely some of the nicest people I've met working in tech. The vast majority of staff and leaders alike live the company values and treat others with respect. Also great work/life balance - you can leave work at work!
Cons
The US product continues to be roadmapped and managed from the southern hemisphere. As a result, decisions made by product teams and execs alike are out of touch with the market. While there is a US leadership team, they aren't really connected to product decisions, leaving US sales and support very disconnected from the products they support. Wages and benefits are not even vaguely competitive for the US market. No bonuses available other than to sales teams, and stock awards are tiny compared to competing companies. Health benefits are embarrassing - my fairly common medications simply aren't covered so I pay thousands out of pocket, and when I tried to talk to HR, they dismissed it, suggesting I look for rx "coupons." Feels like wages and benefits decisions are being made outside of the US, by folks who don't understand what's actually needed in the US (so same problem as for building product).
