- Extremely political, culture is very much weighed towards individual profile over team. Be prepared to fight to get your name associated with a feature. - Average or below average renumeration - though share plan is decent - Little to no budgets for team building or professional development. Fund your own morning tea's & most PD is woeful and delivered internally - Business model relies on a 1-3 year churn on employees, and leans towards younger grads and juniors. This creates issues in terms of IP loss and value places on longer term employees (low)
