Pros
Good compensation and company culture. Flexible working, great parental leave policy (26 weeks when I left). 5 days of flexible personal leave on top of all the rest.
Cons
Several things began to slip through the cracks, especially with the recent change to prioritise shareholder value over customer value. Budgets changed, teams with lots of conflict, etc.
