Cons
Leadership, Leadership and Leadership! New leadership has come with a silo mindset where they just spring up decisions without collaborating with teams. Lack of CTO meaning lack of engineering strategy, new SVP of engineering is so high up in his castle where all you can see him doing is move pieces/people, no clear direction on how they can improve current engineering process. All great people or people who had more deep knowledge around Xero space have left this ship and you can clearly see the affect of it with the above leadership just hapazardly making decision's, showing some numbers which does not translate to success. No Career Progression or its not clear enough
