Product engineering teams are passionate about delivering high quality solutions. Offices are nice and perks are valuable.
Cons
Work pressure on all teams has ramped up continually for 2 years since CEO changed. Lots of new C level American leadership is removing the trust and human culture. There is very low psychological safety - leaders are afraid to say no, as they exit people who don’t align. New performance/growth frameworks are presented as investing in people, but have hidden “targets” for positive attrition
