Pros
Great opportunity for field account executives to make money if doing business in fruitful territory. Coworkers and sales team support are great and carry ton of expertise.
Cons
pay structure has been changed a lot since under new leadership took over in 2024. Additionally, company continues to make ‘strategic investments’ and purchase competitors when company is cash poor. This has resulted in multiple layoffs and restructuring for long time and new employees (under 3 years) alike.
