Pros
Work is not difficult, employees are friendly, Verizon management support team is great, training and support tools are available. Normally enough tenured people on floor to help newbies.
Cons
Hours are 24 hours a day 356 days a year, pay is toward the lowest of all the call centers, management changes often and some is really good and some is really bad. There are people in management who care, but you have to look for them, if they stick out current upper level management will fire them.
