Pros

Training was fairly easy and the pay was always on time. The job offered benefits I think two months after employment and I met some nice people there.

Cons

High turnover rate and no room for advancement. The training was easy but it could have been better because I did not feel prepared once I was on the production floor. Low pay for high demands.

Pros

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
