Pros
Good aphmoshere. No micromanaging. Trying to make changes to better the employees. Good ince tives for customer service agents. Easy to talk to management.
Cons
Pay is not fair for what you do. No annual raises for service reps or support staff, unless you are higher up executives. Uptraining to learn more material with no pay raises. At times managment doesn't take concerns or issues of staff seriously. No HR rep on-site.
