Pros

Xerox will train you to be the best at customer service. I work for verizon wireless through xerox as a customer service agent.

Cons

Although at times it may get very irritating to be sitting on your behind all day. Sometimes the supervisors may have there hands full annd cant help you but then thats when to genius in you have to step in

Pros

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
