Pros

Work from home. Supplies computer and headset. Paid training. Wish I had more positive things to say but that's really all.

Cons

When you think of a big company like Xerox you expect the best but what you get is very disappointing. You work so hard meeting your metrics and trying to avoid those horrible coaching just to stay at $10.00 an hour. Even if you move o a different position they will keep you at $10.00 which is so discouraging. In a way it feels like you are trapped. You work so hard for nothing. Check are so small its almost like you don't even get paid for a whole worked day. I remember the first time I did overtime and received my check for my overtime weeks it was still so small I literally cried. I actually broke down and cried.

Pros

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
