Leadership is incompetent. Ursula Burns is an embarrassment, but she’s not the only one. No serious player exists on the leadership team. The Services (BPO) company spinoff – Conduent – has no serious leadership. The CEO is new and has never led a company of any size. The CFO is a nobody without any serious experience. The finance organization in particular feels like the C team trying desperately to be the C+ team (and unfortunately finance runs a lot there). Other than as a possible take-over target I can’t imagine why anyone would waste their time looking at this company. Chop it up and sell it for scrap.
