      Pros

      The recruiting process is very long, however the recruiter Tiffany is great and she walks you through each step of the process and she is very timely in her follow up. I thought she set a great foundation for what was going to come. I enjoyed working with her all of my interviews were consistent and fair. I am very happy that I got the job at IOT and can see a lot of potential with this company. All of the people in the organization has been very supportive and I don't feel like I am being thrown out to the wolves. Training with Jen is awesome she truly made me feel like I made the right choice in joining the organization.

      Cons

      You do have to report to the office each day where for some other sales roles you could be a little bit more remote.

Our hiring process is always a work in progress as we strive to keep the process under 2 weeks and limit the amount of on-site interviews. We are glad to hear our recruiter was able to keep you informed throughout the interview process as well. We have recently transitioned to our Sales Teams being remote, which should help them have the ability to have more face time with our customers!       The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

      Cons

      pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
