      Pros

      Worked on a great team with great direct managers who cared about the job and the people and wanted to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Too much in-fighting between East Coast and West Coast and UK. Trying to get anything done took an act of God. A lot of lip service towards Process Improvement and LSS, but absolutely no support for it. Huge issues never dealt with. Upper management completely incompetent at doing their jobs and allowed to continue.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
