      great co-workers, great first-line manager, great work-life balance, excellent training, continuous striving for excellence, continuous striving to be competitive in a competitive marketplace, excellent products, cutting edge technologies

      Cons

      constant cuts to benefits, constant layoffs, ever-increasing micromanagement, senior management does not tell the truth, massive outsourcing, outsourced systems do not work and no one is willing to fix them

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
