      Pros

      It is still a recognized technology leader in the digital printing industry and that translates into well defined goals and products. Work/life balance is good and management is highly supportive of employees that need or want alternative work arrangements.

      Cons

      Research is not well respected or utilized within the corporation any more. There has been a longstanding policy of promoting minorities that has placed under-skilled people in leadership positions.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
