      Pros

      When originally hired it was for the health benefits which was at no cost to employees. In later years because of the economy, that changed.

      Cons

      Too much emphasis put on balanced workforce versus qualifications.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
