      Pros

      It is great place for work/life balance. New product development has always been challenging and fun. Good team work atmostphere.

      Cons

      There isn't much room for advancement. The new CEO is not investing in Xerox people. R&D development model has lost its focus and going towards Serviving business instead.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
