Pros
People. The one good thing about Xerox is the people who are doing their best to hold their heads high despite the quarterly layoffs, 2 tiny raises in 6 years that didn't even keep up with the inflation rate, etc etc.
Cons
Pay, benefits, security, management, mobility, CEO. The entire company is a con. Correcting the ACS mistake was too little, too late and the die is cast. I have worked for many CEOs throughout my 50+ work career and many CEOs at Xerox and Burns was the most incompetent CEO I ever had the displeasure to work for.
