Pros
Free parking. Benefits (although these are decreasing). Pension (also decreasing). reasonably well equipped lab.
Cons
Management does not practice what it preaches. Open door policy only works for those already "in". Unless you are a favourite of the management team, your ideas and suggestions are ignored. Management by gossip is common.
