misleading - Customer Service Representative Xerox Employee Review

They bring trainees in by the busload and just filter them threw the grinder. It goes super fast, with no way for you to study the basics(your foundation). Your told you get a certain amount of time on the phones to learn and they will help you succeed, but your every move is recorded, they weed you out fast before the training is even complete and they dont really want to help you. I quite a job to take this one and learn something new, it was a mistake. I am now sol with out unemployment.
