      Pros

      Excellent culture, happy coworkers, management of the teams is usually fair and personable.

      Cons

      The company kept inserting more and more middle management, while laying off the front-line workers. On top of this, the executives were given large bonuses annually, while laying off thousands of employees - including some who had been there for over 10 years.
