Pros
Good people who work hard and want to do a good job. Flexibility in work schedule.
Cons
Upper management trusts that client companies will actually have the work planned for a year. Consequently, lack of work results in employees being moved to other clients or areas. When there's not enough work there they are laid off. Individual contributors are moved from project to project without ensuring they are a fit for the project.
