Company done in by it's senior leaders - Anonymous employee Xerox Employee Review

Starting with the current CEO, Xerox has made one bad decision after another. The senior personnel chosen to lead large organizations, the acquisitions of companies and the constant company reorganization has accelerated the demise of this once great company. Many businesses fail due to disruptive technology in the market or macro economic conditions, but while those were factors in the challenges Xerox faced, they are not responsible for the revenue and profit decline. Morale is at an all time low and the committment Xerox once had to it's cusotmers na demployees has all but disappeared.
