Xerox Contractor Technician - Contract Technician Xerox Employee Review

Numbers are outrageously unachievable. We have a real Xerox technician in our area who does nothing. He has family in nearby management so he sits in "unlisted call" all day and fabricates calls from the DSD. Horrible pay. $15.60/hr for a a job that requires an immense amount of social and technical skill. I wonder how much the temp agency is making off me doing real technician level of work. They are now training contractors on production level equipment instead of bringing them on salary. Why do we even have real Xerox technicians anymore were doing their work for low wages and no benefits.
