Pros

-Extremely lax atmosphere. No dress code, no requirements to be professional (swearing, gossip, etc) -Flexibility outside of the 9-5 grind (see Cons also)

Cons

-No raises. I was told upfront in my training class that Xerox/US Cellular (who I was contracted out to work for) does not believe in recognizing seniority. There are people who have worked there 5+ years who are still making $10/hr! -Extremely lax atmosphere and no sense of professionalism -Shift bids, unwillingness to work with other schedules (school, second/first jobs, etc) -Horrible software that often times would be down and leave you unable to assist customers for entire days.

Pros

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
