Great people, except for management

Micro-managing, outsourcing to Manila-can you say culture gap? Mega layoffs to pay for new client contracts, no raises, illegal payment practices-the list goes on and on. If you are looking for advancement (unless you know someone) go somewhere else. Revolving door.
