Engineering Manager - Anonymous employee Xerox Employee Review

Xerox has gone down the toilet.. no longer cares about people at all. No loyalty to employees, no communication, change policies with out notification. TERRIBLE environment, people are sad and scared and it is a terrible work environment. Management that is good and and hard workers are leaving and getting laid off by the hundreds!
