Pros

Martin Luther Kings Birthday Off, Call Center Reps are enjoyable to work with. Some management is OK but the majority, I wouldn't pay a penny for.

Cons

No pay raise in 4 years, incompetent management, clicks, no back bone in management, no support for the Call Center Reps, no positive feedback, discrimination.

Not many cons. Sometimes it is slow, but mostly not.

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
