Flexible work schedule and GREAT people doing challenging work (well, it was a few years ago) and delivering exceptional products,

Cons

From the bottom looking up there is a gross failure in leadership above the local level. Shortsightedness of planning, failure to adequately compensate employee performance, and a williness to not "put the smackdown" publicly on "those in the know" who do "dumb" things. It all leads to a sense, from the bottom, that we are nothing but worker bees able to be outsourced either by having our jobs disappear or just having our "employment" handed to another company.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
