      A few good people who are genuinely sharp; brand; Xerox US/UK has exciting prospects; Xerox Services India sucks.

      Cons

      CDLS Xerox, Chennai: Bad management, no growth prospects, (except for women from Kerala) too much politics, no transparency, no clear roadmap, no proper appraisals, no hikes, poor planning by Senior managers, technical writers who can't write one sentence in English are recruited for 9-11 lac packages!
