6yThank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our Management and Sales people who you believe lack work ethic. Please consider bringing your concerns forward to HR so we can work toward making improvements. Work ethic and being a great place to work are very important. Additionally, we are actively seeking more women to join our sales force. A short time ago, our sales teams were predominantly women. We want to attract talented women and make this a great career, and a great place to work, for all. We use metrics to improve performance for individuals and the company. Managing with metrics help determine what stages of the selling process a sales person excels at, or needs development in. Micromanaging is not the intent.
