Pros
Friendly and relaxed, it has a family feel - I worked at a leading Xerox competitor previously and it's different, individuals are more approachable here I am out on client site and there are great things happening in pockets
Cons
Diminishing benefits, salary not competitive and limited opportunitiy for development and advancement of career in some streams. A sense of golden employees who climb quickly because they have good relations with senior managers. Innovation in product development but little appetite to look externally for best practivce. Long standing employees in positions of power unwilling to change
