      Excellent culture. The atmosphere is fun and everyone is helpful and willing to collaborate.

      Cons

      The projects take years to develop so you do not get immediate satisfaction out of the work you produce.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
