      The other people you work with are in the same crappy situation as you so you help each other out a lot and become close.

      Cons

      Management is racist as hell!!!! If your black work for this company, you'll be golden. You will never get a pay raise, no pay raise in last 6 years.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
