      Pros

      The only pro is that you are a guaranteed paycheck every two weeks. And, depending on how lucky you are you may get a Supervisor who actually does their job.

      Cons

      The environment of people and their drama and negative attitudes can be very draining. Also, its micromanaged which makes it even more worse.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
