Caution - Customer Service Representative Xerox Employee Review

High turnover rate including management. Showed up for work and the trainers and the newly hired management started weeding people out, by pitting employee's against each other. The job core people who where " project based" were extremely mean spirited and rude and got together and started plotting against full time employees to get rid of them. Using slander, threats and rumors very unprofessional. The management was aware this was going on and watched from a far. At one point one employee snatched a marker out of another employees hand and a physical fight almost pursued. Again management sat back and observed. It was a terrible experience
