Pros
The printers and copiers tend to work great! Benefits package is pretty good too.
Cons
They don't stick with management direction. There is a radical shift every year or so when some C-level tourist blows through the revolving door with their mile-long list of previous C-level positions (which should have been a red flag but they seem to think it's a green light instead) promising transformative change, and they leave after a year with a nice golden parachute, having produced wild but ultimately unhelpful shifts within the business, only for the next one to do the same thing and re-change things yet again. The result is constant spinning and renaming and rebranding, followed by divesting the actual cash cows and outsourcing the good workers' jobs.
