      Pros

      Good equipment, prompt checks with very attentive payroll details, great access to complete your own HR paperwork

      Cons

      horrible IT support, very unhelpful. I feel very alone and am expected to "fake it till i make it" in my job, but with little to no instruction, resulting in sub-par pay due to RBC.

      The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

      Cons

      pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
