Pay is decent, most likely your hired, benefits available, no weekends required, I'd you get a good supervisor you have a chance of liking your job
Cons
Mandatory overtime during annual enrollment, stupid metrics, hard to get a schedule that fits you, parking is ridiculous, dealing with co workers who can't spell professional
