Pros
Management is awesome. They're friendly, fairly open and accessible, and very understanding of needing time off. The different departments work well together to get things done and for the most part people are willing to help or direct you to someone who will.
Cons
Being contract work, there are no benefits and comparable to other similar positions the pay rate is terrible. Management is good at giving you your dues when you do a good job, but not so good at letting contracts know they need improvement. That is to say: there are not many warnings given before getting fired.
