Also, they pay you per invoice 1.5 Rs. But if you mistake in any field of the same invoice they change you 3 Rs per mistake. Let's make a scenario where you complete one invoice and get 1.5 Rs and if you make 2 mistakes in the same invoice they change you 6rs. so calculation is 1.5 - 6 = - 4.5 vary ethical company... So they set very high targets and almost every person fights for target with each other. So, WORKLIFE IN XEROX .....0
