      big company, you have to really screw up badly to get fired, lots of processes

      obsession with documented process that everyone works around punish entrepreunerialism - - - anything that doesn't fit in the company box

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
