Pros

Co workers are the ONLY reason I stayed 2 1/2 years

Cons

Upper management, in fear of losing their contract, does not hold agents accountable for poor attendance, poor performance, etc. You end up putting someone on a final final final. Supervisors are rated on stats and not allowed to fix those stats with poor emoyees because it is all about the dollars and numbers to upper management. Agents are underpaid and underappreciated. Supervisors are overworked and undersupported

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
