      Xerox can be a great place to work depending on where you are woking and who you are working for.

      Cons

      Xerox has managed to build the most complex organization I have ever expereinced. I most sales organizations, getting the sale is the challenge. At Xerox, getting the sale through the company's order prevention department is the challenge.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
