Xerox Right Opt Incompetent - Customer Service Xerox Employee Review

Xerox has forced retirees into Obama Care managed by Xerox Company (RightOpt). They are totally useless incompetent and worthless. I retired in November2015 and still trying to get these fools to do their jobs right and get my HRA acct set up correctly. Do yourself a favor and find your insurance outside of Xerox. Ursula Burns couldn't care less what she is putting us through having to deal with their stupidity. And Xerox is pretending to manage this process for other companies, no wonder the company is going under, the have no clue what they are doing and toying with people's lives and health like they are is serious business that is going to cost them in a big way
